Comment: This is the third time Ive used Stratogarfix for printing supplies. The Oce B1 copier toner is not an item that every supply house carries, so the choice of vendor is not that large. Despite the limited supply, Stratografix always has a good price on a very pricey item. Their shipping is always very prompt (like, two days!), so Im not too concerned about the office getting caught in a bad situation. I need it. I order it. Two days later, its here. If Im not sure about quantity or type, I call and a real human picks up the phone and answers my questions. No voice menus. Thats a good thing, right?

Comment: Stratografix has always had polite, fast and efficient service. My order is shipped out ASAP and I receive it promptly, within 2/3 days. The prices are not always the lowest, but the brand names are there. Ive found, when using paper products like 24 x 36 20 lb. bond in a large, high speed xerographic machine, the brand name can mean a lot: the difference between the sheets moving smoothly through the copier or snagging and turning into an unholy, carbon-coated mess. I get the brand names that I need from Stratografix at a good price.
