How To Order

Buying at StratoGrafix.com is easy and secure. When you place an order with us, you can feel confident that your credit card and personal information is protected by secure servers. To place an order, you must first select an item to purchase. When you have selected a product, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the item to the shopping cart. This does not commit you to buying this item. It can always be removed. After you have added the item, you can choose to place you order (Check Out) or continue to shop. You can add as many items as you want into your shopping cart. When you have finished adding items, you back go back to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Your Shopping Cart" link.

Shipping

• Shipping rates are based on total weight of order.
• Shipping starts as low as $4.95
• Free Shipping is for orders over $1500.00 and being delivered within the Continental United States will ship Ground. Free freight does not apply to orders being shipped via express delivery method or US Mail. For Free Shipping use coupon code freeship1500 at checkout.
• All orders outside the US add $25.
• Inspect each shipment for damage upon receipt. Strato Grafix will not be responsible for damages unless noted by carrier at the time of delivery. Shortages or damages must be noted on the signed portion of the delivery slip and must be signed by the freight carrier.
• Customers who provide incorrect physical ship to address will be charged $ 10.00 for the address correction.

Pricing and Product Information Policy

• All prices and specifications are subject to change. If any changes occur the customer will be notified prior to shipping the order.
• Sales Tax will be added to orders in the following States CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, IA, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI and TX
• All orders are shipped pre-approved credit card or pre-approved credit terms only.
• Currently we are accepting American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa
• If a price or a product description has changed on an item that you have placed an order for you will be notified prior to shipping your order.

Order / Cancellation Policy

Please call within 30 days of order for instructions to return an item. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges and a 20% restocking fee on returned and refused orders.

Return Policy

Please have the following information when calling:

A. Order date and name of the person who ordered.
B. Manufactures part number that was on the order.
C. Quantity to be returned.
D. Reason for Return.

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
• All request for returns must be made no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
• To obtain an RA# please call customer service department for an RMA# prior to returning any product. RMA# Authorizations are valid for thirty days from date of issue.
• Credits will not be issued if the returns are not pre-approved and you will lose any such products returned.
• All returns must be sent pre-paid. The customer shall be responsible for the freight charges on all returned goods.
• Freight will only be credited for Strato Grafix shipping errors.
• Returned items will be inspected before credit is issued and a 20% restocking charge will be applied. All returns must be in resalable condition.
• Returns must be made in the original packaging and factory sealed packaging where applicable.
• If the product is not in resalable condition but can be cleaned up to make resalable then a $ 15.00 fee will be charged for cleaning and repackaging each product. If the products are received in non-salable condition and can't be cleaned up; no credit will be issued.
• Credit Card Refunds - Only those purchases that have been returned within 60 days of purchase will be eligible for a refund to the credit card. The item must have been returned and inspected by the manufacturer prior to the expiration of the 60 days.
